INDOOR: Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga  Mondays at 6:15 pm at Old Town Hall (60 minute class) Weather make up date: 12/27.Thursdays at 9:45 am (75 minute class) at Hollow Park.Weather make up date: 12/16.Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation includes centering body-mind breath guided postures and a visual guided meditation. The postures build strength, stability, flexibility, awareness, and increased energy. The meditation is a deep sense-based healing experience. Each class incorporates a creative theme to foster compassion and connection.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT  Instructor: Tricia Brown A muscle toning and endurance class designed to challenge and work the entire body. We will also work on flexibility and balance. Bring a mat, free weights and a water bottle.  Modifications will be given as no one body is the same! Due to the unusual times we are experiencing, please note that there may be changes or cancellations to programs when State or Town mandates effect the programs.  Tai Chi and Qigong Group Class: 9:15 - 10:15 am on Wednesdays, as well as 6:00 PM at (location to be determined). In this class you will learn a simple, but powerful set of qigong exercises that can help you improve your health, posture, balance, energy level, and lifestyle. These gentle, effective, exercises are performed slowly, standing up, and at your individual comfort level. Class also includes introduction to the Yang style 24 step Tai Chi form. Tai Chi Form Class: Immediately following the Group Class, 10:15 amNEW! Form class for Summer Sessions will begin 6/2! You must take a full session of the Form class to register for this one! After the first class is over, take your practice to the next level by learning and practicing the movements of the traditional Yang Style 24 step Tai Chi form. This class is designed to help each student to progress at their own speed and includes individualized instruction tailored to each student’s current level.  Tai Chi Intermediate Class: Immediately following the Monday evening, Group Class, 7:00 pm. 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM    LINE DANCING for FITNESS! - Line Dancing for Fitness - One Night Class
Come join the fun! Learn to line dance in a fun, non-judgmental atmosphere. We will do some basic, traditional line dances plus many OTHERS will be introduced. We will dance to both country and pop songs! No experience necessary, just a desire to have fun! By the end of the 6 weeks, you will know 7-10 different dances. End the last 15 min with core/mat work. Bring a mat, wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.
