Students will find their voices, led by professional resident artists. The Shakesperience approach embodies the philosophy of the company and leads to a strong, disciplined ensemble, grounded in language and positive interaction as they create a fun and exciting adaptation of The Tempest. The program will consist of activities such as warm-ups, lectures, exercises, and other means of learning the play and the children's role in it.
The program culminates in a performance for parents and friends. Students will have the opportunity to perform in the professional production, if they wish.
The performance for families and friends is expected to take place during the last hour of the camp on Friday, July 21st from 2 - 3 PM at Old Town Hall.
