This is a program for children in first through eighth grade who are interested in learning or keeping the skills needed to be a competitive cheerleader. Participants will work on strength, mobility, motions, cheer routines and when possible, low level stunts. The program is run by the head coach of the Nonnewaug High School Cheerleading team along with area pop warner coaches and assisted by high school cheerleaders.
