Nutrition and Weights is a total body conditioning with weights class and a nutrition class for weight balance.  The 30-minute Nutrition Class includes basic nutrition guidelines, daily food and exercise tracking, recipes for nutrient dense meals, estimated serving sizes, reading food labels, balancing fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and water, weekly weigh-ins and group support.
The 30-minute Total Body Conditioning with Weights Class includes strengthening and stretching all major muscle groups.  It is designed to increase lean muscle tissue and boost metabolism.  A core workout will conclude the class.
