HoopDance is a low-impact workout that will increase flexibility, enhance balance and can burn up to 600 calories per hour. We’ll learn basic movements needed to maneuver the hoop around the body and then integrate dance moves with fun hoop tricks. Get ready to express yourself in a beautiful new way!
