Grades 3-5
Kid-Fitness is an innovative, fun, motivating workout intended to energize children ages 7-11. Throughout the 45 minute class children run, jump, kick and punch while engaging in low-organized fitness actions that include: obstacle courses, relay races, and group activities. The Kid-Fitness program was designed to encourage children to exercise and work out and play through age-appropriate activities.
Grades 6-8
Kid-Fitness Extreme is designed and created for middle-school aged pre-teens and teens and its goal is to energize and motivate this group and keep them moving after school rather than watching TV and playing video games. Creative stretching and warm up activities will precede team activities such as whiffle ball, kick ball, palm ball, or noodle hockey.
