Tai Chi for Beginners & Intermediate

Tai chi class.
An ancient Chinese exercise program of slow, gentle continuous movements. This exercise consists of a series of changing “postures” performed in a relaxed manner. It is practiced for health and used as a means of meditation. It improves balance, strengthens muscles and cardiovascular health while reducing stress. Tai Chi also develops stamina, flexibility, agility and confidence. Each class consists of a warm up, review and lesson. Please wear comfortable clothes. This class may be done in bare feet, or with socks or soft soled shoes.
